Privacy Policy

Who we are

Reno Air Duct Cleaning is a free quote and referral service. We connect Reno-area homeowners with independent local duct cleaning and HVAC companies. We are not a contractor and we don't do the work ourselves. This policy explains what information this website collects and what happens to it.

Information you give us

When you fill out a quote form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, ZIP code, the service you need and any details about your home. Only your name and phone number are required.

How forms are processed

Our forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you press submit, your entries go to FormSubmit, which delivers them to us by email. FormSubmit handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. We don't control how FormSubmit stores data on its systems.

How your request is used and shared

• We use your details to handle your quote request.
• We share your request with one or more independent local companies that handle the kind of work you asked about in your area, so they can contact you by phone or email about a quote.
• Those companies are separate businesses. Once they receive your details, their own privacy practices apply, and you can ask them directly how they handle your information.
• We may also use your details to reply to you about your request.

Sending a form does not obligate you to hire anyone.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. We may also use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. These tools may set cookies, which you can block or delete in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to handle the request and keep reasonable business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the quote form (say it is a privacy request in the details box) or by phone. Call (727) 300-6656 For information a company already received, contact that company too.

Children

This site is meant for adult homeowners and renters. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to other sites

Our guides link to outside sources such as EPA, NADCA and the Nevada State Contractors Board. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. To learn more about how the service works, see our about page or go back to the home page.
